Sarah’s return to Gongos Research in 2009 to lead the Transportation
& Technology Team struck a balance between the company’s commitment to its origins
and a fresh perspective in a changing consumer-driven economy.
As Director, Transportation and Technology, Sarah leads a
team that continues to shape practices that help companies embrace innovation in
their industries, while driving the advancement of their products and features.
Integrating time-tested methods with next-gen approaches, her team captures market-driven
insights that support product design, positioning and marketing strategies.
While sustaining strong relationships in the automotive and
powersports sectors, Sarah is also forging new relationships with companies in transportation,
technology and durables and lifestyle goods. From product enthusiasts to one-time
purchasers, her team continues to find innovative ways to engage consumers, while
applying efficiencies in collecting and analyzing data. In 2005, Sarah and her team
pioneered the use of online research communities in the global marketplace.
Sarah was formerly Executive Research Director at Clear Seas
Research and Project Manager at GfK.
She earned her BA and MA in Political Science from Michigan
State University, and completed coursework in Advanced Statistical Analysis from
the University of Michigan.
