Leading an accomplished team of researchers, Cheryl develops
lasting partnerships with companies in the retail and services sectors. Her keen
sense in understanding clients’ business needs and strong insightful thinking are
the basis for creating successful research designs. Through impeccable execution
of methodologies and meaningful interpretation of findings, her team excels at telling
consumers’ stories, while delivering solutions that are both impactful and actionable.
As a long-time, respected mentor to her team, Cheryl uses
her breadth of marketing skills and exceptional resource management to guide them
in developing holistic approaches to research. Whether conducting research in the
retail space, inside the focus group room or in online communities, she keeps her
eye on the big picture, while inspiring her team to never lose sight of the details.
As an active member of QRCA since 1997, Cheryl co-authored
“Online Journaling: Getting a Jumpstart on the Qualitative Study” for QRCA Views
in 2007. A seasoned moderator with over 16 years of market research experience,
Cheryl joined Gongos Research in 1998, and previously held positions at Miller Brewing
and the Brady Corporation.
Cheryl earned her BS in Marketing and MS in Marketing Analysis
at the University of Wisconsin.
